Daniel Solo’s Blanc de Blancs Brut is a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru Champagne. With grapes harvested only from the best ranks in Champagne.

Our Blanc de Blancs Champagne has been developed with a traditional dosage of 8 grams per liter, the champagne has a joyful, fruity but still butter-soft taste. The champagne ages up to 5.5 years in our cellars and gives it the perfect opportunity to develop a more complex taste, with the grapes coming from only the best ranks of the Champagne region namely the Grand Cru. All in all a very enjoyable, and well-rounded Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
