Daniel Solo is a sophisticated champagne with its focus on the development of having the highest quality champagne available.
Daniel Solo Champagne has its focus on having unique flavours which are liked by most. With its champagne cellars in the middle of Épernay, the hearth of the champagne region, we are able to develop our champagnes of the highest quality and discover new exciting new trends in the Champagne region
Our champagnes age in traditional cellars. Our cellars are up to 1,5 km long and they include a cellar that was dug during the 18th century. It is thanks to a long period of aging that our champagnes reach a very pleasant aromatically intensity.
OUR VINEYARD
Daniel Solo Champagne is getting its grapes mainly from Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims & Vallée de la Marne. The selection of grapes is done very carefully, and only the best quality makes it in our champagne. As per tradition, the grapes are harvested by hand, which makes the careful selection even better.
Our grower partners share with us their knowledge about their terroir.
During the visit of their parcels, we observe the soil, the topography, and the viticulture.
This work is essential to transmit the identities and characteristics of every area in our Champagnes.
