Refund & Returns:

At Daniel Solo B.V. we take the greatest care in keeping our customers satisfied. Of course, it can occur that for some reason you would like a refund or would need to return your order. If this is the case we would like to ask you to send an e-mail to refunds@danielsolo.com. Please send your refund or return request within 14 days after the order. If it is received by us after this time period we will still do our best to help you with your questions.

Please mention within your e-mail your order number, the reason for a possible refund and return and we will do our utmost to come up with a suitable solution within a 3 day workday period!
