Daniel Solo’s Brut is a Brut Champagne consists out of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier & 20% Chardonnay.
Our Brut Champagne offers a blend with the three grapes of champagne in perfect harmony.

With aging up to 3.5 years our Brut champagne develops lovely aromas of the fruitiness in the champagne grapes with a lovely combination of the butter smooth and brioche tones, a great bubble, and a traditional 8 Gram dosage. Often perfection can be found in simplicity, so we have not over complicated our Brut Champagne but we put focus on developing a Brut Champagne which can be loved by anyone!
